Our objective is to operate an effective, documented and controlled system, which will ensure customer satisfaction.

Quality policy

SEFtec Global Training LLC aims to succeed in business by providing a service or product of the highest possible standard in a timely and cost effective manner, which meets or exceeds clients’ requirements and expectations. Our capabilities include the provision of Training & Support to both the Public & Private Sectors. 

SEFtec Global Training LLC senior management has a complete accountability for ensuring the expectations of our customers are understood and delivered. The senior management is committed to:
  • Implementing and supporting a Quality Management System compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015; 
  • Understanding our customers’ requirements to deliver services and products that  raise customer satisfaction and meets applicable statutory and regulatory requirements;
  • Promoting the risk based thinking; 
  • Promoting a strong culture of quality management within leadership and among all departments;
  • Identifying and managing risks to service and product delivery;
  • Undertaking to comply with statutory and regulatory requirements of the country where we provide our service. 

To meet this commitment SEFtec Global Training LLC will:
  • set annual quality objectives with providing a framework for setting them;
  • maximise cost efficiencies in the delivery process;
  • periodically review the suitability and effectiveness of this policy, our Quality Management Systems, targets and objectives;
  • set quality objectives and targets and promote continual improvement in quality performance;
  • ensure that our quality goals and expectations are understood at all levels to promote continual improvement;
  • proactively identify and assess risks to quality;
  • identify, investigate and correct quality issues, communicate the lessons learned and take appropriate actions to prevent recurrence;
  • maintain open communication with our customers to ensure their satisfaction.
SEFtec Global Training LLC are totally committed to maintaining a Quality Management System and it is mandatory that all personnel accept this responsibility and comply with the specified system requirements.
This policy is made known to all employees through the company’s induction program, individual distribution, and prominent display on the company’s notice boards and emphasized during internal training programs.

Environmental policy

It is the policy of SEFtec Global Training LLC to conduct all operations in a manner which protects environment and conforms with all applicable legislation.
Environment protection is of great importance to SEFtec Global Training LLC. It is a line responsibility that extends to all levels of Management and Supervision. All employees should perform their assigned work in accordance with this policy, both in company facilities and in the communities where the company conducts business.
The Environmental Policy is carried out through the following practices:
  • Providing the resources necessary to achieve an effective environmental programme with consistent performance throughout the Company.
  • Training and educating employees regarding the company’s environmental policy and their individual responsibilities and duties.
  • Incorporating at the design phase all anticipated or current necessary environmental protection mechanisms, procedures and processes that have been proven technically.
  • Complying with all international and national requirements for the environmentally sympathetic disposal of waste material and the use, only, of licensed contractors for this purpose.
  • Reviewing the environmental performance of the company’s operations and facilities on a periodic basis.
  • Communicate environmental aims and objectives to employees and external stakeholders
  • The company will recognise and respond to local community concern about its actions. In doing so it will seek to minimise any emissions, discharge and waste generated by its facilities or operations. 
  • Enhancement and continuous improvement of environmental management system at the highest level in our business.
In accordance with this policy, any employee who knowingly violates applicable environmental law and regulations may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including discharge.

Company Ethics Policy

SEFtec Global Training LLC is committed to operate all of its activities within the spirit and letter of all laws affecting its business and staff members. All employees must exercise the highest level of integrity, ethics and objectivity in actions and relationships which may affect the Organization or where the employee represents or negotiates on behalf of the Organization. Employees must not misuse the authority or influence of their positions in these relationships.
  • This policy applies to all employees of SEFtec Global Training LLC and shall ensure that each employee will conduct the Organization’s business with integrity, in compliance with applicable laws of Republic of Kazakhstan, and in a manner that excludes consideration of personal advantage.
  • Strict adherence to this policy will protect the Organization and its employees from criticism, litigation or embarrassment that might result from alleged or real conflicts of interest or unethical practices. 
  • To ensure the highest level of objectivity in dealing with its vendors, suppliers, contractors and agencies, employees shall not: Solicit, request or accept any gratuity, free services or special favors from vendors, agencies, suppliers or contractors of the Organization that would, in any way, place the Organization or the vendor in an uncomfortable, unlawful or compromising position. 
  • Any situation, or involvement with a vendor/supplier or other, that could be construed, by a reasonable person, as a potential conflict of interest should be reported to the employee’s line Manager or to the Head of the Organization. Upon notification of a potential violation, every effort must be made to protect the identity of the employee, or the employee may elect to report anonymously.
  • In all cases employees shall approach their role with fairness, and shall create and follow a process and achieve outcomes that a reasonable person would call just, evenhanded and non-arbitrary.
  • All employees shall demonstrate respect, politeness and honesty towards colleagues, clients and vendors at all times.
  • It always has been and continues to be the intent of the company that its employees maintain the highest ethical standards in their conduct of company affairs.
  • SEFtec Global Training LLC  treats everyone fairly, have mutual respect, promote a team environment and avoid the intent and appearance of unethical or compromising practices.
  • All employees respect the structure and responsibilities of management, provide them with facts and advice as a basis for decision and policy making, and uphold and implement decisions and policies adopted by management.

Health and safety policy

It is the Policy of SEFtec Global Training LLC based on the ILO-OSH 2001, ISO 45001, HSG 65 requirements to ensure the Health, Safety and Welfare at work of all members of staff, contractors, visitors and members of the general public who may be affected by the activities of the organisation.
  • By providing and maintaining a working environment that is, so far as is reasonably practicable, safe and without risks to health and which is satisfactory as regards facilities and arrangements for the welfare of staff at work and complies with legislation imposed within the Republic of Kazakhstan, OH&S laws, regulations, codes of practice and standards.
  • By providing and maintaining, as far as is reasonably practicable, premises together with means of entry thereto and there from which are safe and without risk to all members of staff, contractors, visitors and members of the general public.
  • By ensuring, so far as is reasonably practicable, that plant, machinery, equipment or appliances on the premises are safe and without risk to all members of staff, contractors, visitors and members of the general public.
  • By providing information, instruction, training and supervision in the use of such plant, machinery, equipment or appliances as appropriate.
  • By ensuring that the use, handling, storage and transport of articles and substances are, so far as is as reasonably practicable, safe and without risks to all members of staff, contractors, visitors and members of the general public.
  • By consulting with the workforce through regular meetings and by other means on matters of Health and Safety. 
  • By the identification, so far as is reasonably practicable, of all hazards and the assessment of risks which may affect members of staff, contractors, visitors and members of the general public, especially pregnant or young persons, with a view to eliminating the potential or reducing them to an acceptable limit.
  • By the prevention of  accidents and cases of work-related ill health.                                          
  • By the ensuring monitoring activities are undertaken to maintain agreed standards.                  
  • By the maintaining emergency, fire protection and security systems and facilities to protect people, environment and property.
  • By conducting periodic reviews and where applicable revisions of this Policy.
  • By ensuring all employees have access to a copy of the Health and Safety Policy, either through the internal network or in one of the public areas within the centre where it is predominantly displayed.
